Because each piece in our collection is custom-made to order specifically for you through our print-on-demand partners, Veronica Colette is unable to accept standard returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selections. We kindly ask that you review our sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If your item arrives misprinted, materially defective, or physically damaged during transit, please contact us at veronicacolette.studio@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a clear photograph of the issue.

Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is automatically routed to our manufacturing facility to begin custom production. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have entered fulfillment..
